Speaking Events & Workshops

Claire proudly shares her wellness knowledge at events and through workshops. Conference wellness initiatives can improve attendees’ mental and physical well-being by making them happier and more open to new ideas and experiences.

Wellness-oriented activities for audiences have become quite common and necessary at events. With most attendees living with high-stress loads daily, making a conscious effort to incorporate a culture of wellness into conferences and businesses is even more important. Whether providing a speaking session, a breathwork exercise, a quiet room, or mindful moments, Claire creates a higher vibration. Attendees take away modalities to help boost morale, improve team bonding, and help them unwind after a long day.

The Pause Workshop

An experience dedicated to juggling many roles, both professionally and personally. This one-hour workshop centers on the importance of self-care and mental health. Learn easy ways to take care of yourself and your team throughout the year and beyond. Learn the importance of The Pause, as Claire guides you to explore the space in the middle. You will be led to learn the ability to go within and stay calm in the chaos, stay connected, or simply be still, both personally and professionally—a critical skill to master. Discussion is based on when, where, why, and how to practice The Pause. The experience will also feature a breathwork exercise you can learn to share with others and your team.

Team Building and Retreats

Team building and retreats are custom-curated based on the challenges your team is facing. Offerings range from a lunch break series, a half-day on-site, all the way up to a one-week retreat. Claire works with you to build every detail of your experience. For longer off-site wellness retreats, she works closely with her other organization Yoga Mission Retreats.

  • "Claire worked with me at a recent conference. Her ability to calm my nerves and to help me to feel more balanced before I spoke at the event was simply incredible and very much appreciated. After the first day or so of being in a session where she directed a simple breathing exercise, I found that even just walking by her made me feel more calm and reminded me to breathe. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if they wanted to learn to help them feel less stressed. She is beautiful, kind, poised and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with Claire."
